What does the YFS program consist of?
When men or women over the age of 18 participate in YFS, they will be given a whole meal plan that recharges your metabolism. The wholesome meal plan is specifically created to support your digestive tract, encouraging an efficient metabolism that can encourage weight loss and rid your body of negative reactions to food, including bloating, pain, and inflammation. The meal plan and specific food combinations is designed so you can conveniently prepare your meals, spend less time in the kitchen, and have more time for exercise and movement. The program includes a grocery list with easy-to-find foods to help make shopping a snap. Your coach will work with you to customize your food choices so you can easily have a meal plan you desire. You will be connected to your personal YFS Certified Health Coach, who will dedicate their time and expertise to keep you on track, stay accountable, informed, inspired, and ready to take on your personal food strategy. Your Coach will help you keep track of your weight loss milestones and physical improvements and progress by charting your progress. You will get updates weekly, to fine-tune your efforts. You will be provided with a variety of support program sheets to keep you on track and will have access to our ever-growing recipe page for kitchen inspiration. Each participant provides their own food. All plans include a healthy combination of good fats, healthy carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, proteins, and seasonings. No supplements, pills, or gimmicks.
What's the Guarantee?
We dedicate time, energy, research, and materials to support your improved body and weight loss program. We don't offer a refund policy because we plan to devote 100% of our time and every effort to address your plan so that you can achieve your personal goals and targets for life-long, sustained healthy eating. Many people may not see the average 2-4 pounds of weight loss on week one BUT may experience dramatic health improvements, including less inflammation, decreased puffiness and bloating, reduced pain in joints and muscles, clearer thinking (less foggy brain), better sleep, and overall mood elevation. Your Coach will work with you to gain the results for the best version of you possible.
How do I reach my Coach?
All participants will be contacted by their Coach to arrange an introductory phone call. After that, all communication will be via text each morning, (including a photograph of the digital scale and previous day's food journal), unless agreed upon by Coach and participant. All participants should purchase a digital scale as initial means of progress reporting, however weekly measuring tape measurements can also be included. Sometimes participants will lose more inches than weight.
